I do not collect or store identification documents.

How your information is used

Your data is used only for:

  • contacting you
  • scheduling sessions
  • providing counselling and therapeutic support
  • maintaining administrative and financial records required by Dutch law
  • basic, non-identifying website analytics

Your data is not used for advertising or profiling.

Confidentiality

Everything shared in sessions is confidential.

Confidentiality may only be broken if:

  • there is serious and immediate danger to your life or someone else’s, or
  • authorities require disclosure by law.

No information is shared with insurers, employers, or external agencies.

Identities and personal details are also strictly protected in supervision and intervision — no identifying information is ever shared.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored securely in:

  • encrypted professional email
  • secure digital files used for invoicing
  • scheduling tools that comply with GDPR

No session information is shared with third parties. No automated decision-making tools are used.

All systems used are GDPR-compliant.

How long your data is kept

  • Administrative and financial records: 7 years (Dutch tax law)
  • Emails and contact messages: kept only as long as needed for communication
  • Session-related information: kept only for the duration of the working relationship unless otherwise required by law

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • access your data
  • correct your data
  • request deletion of any data not required by Dutch law to be retained
  • request a copy of your data
  • restrict or object to processing
  • withdraw consent at any time
